Founder’s Weekend celebrates the rich history and founding of Dodge City, and Main Street Dodge City is proud to once again partner with the Convention & Visitors Bureau to kick off the weekend with the annual Concert in Wright Park.

Join us for an evening of live music, great food, and community fun in one of Dodge City’s favorite outdoor spaces. This year’s event is extra special as we celebrate the 5th Annual Concert in Wright Park, with even more excitement planned!

The Cultural Relations Advisory Board 15th Anniversary

The Cultural Relations Advisory Board will be celebrating its quinceañera (15th anniversary) this June. In recognition of this milestone, CRAB invites you to learn more about the impact the board has had on the community and some of the events the board has led.

Join us on Sunday, June 22nd at 4 pm at the Mariah Gallery at the Boot Hill Museum (500 W Wyatt Earp Blvd) for the Cultural Relations Advisory Board 15th Anniversary where we will recognize the achievements of the board. During the event, we will also hear from current and former CRAB members and staff liaisons and take a trip down memory lane to revisit past programming.

The 2025 Founder's Weekend Concert

Friday, June 13th - enjoy a Concert in Wright Park featuring the Joey Dean, Black Cat J, Vegan Shark, Sage & Aera, and Thunderbird Hotel. Grab some grub from one of the food trucks and enjoy a beer* from the beer garden by Dodge City Brewing. Thank you to to the Convention’s Visitor’s Bureau, Main Street Dodge City, and Gunsmoke Sessions for organizing this annual event.

Admission is free. *ID will be required for alcohol purchases, cash only.
